The purchase must be prepaid. Orders under $100 are subject to a shipping fee determined by Canada Post based on the location and destination.

Description
SpectraFix Natural Glass Brush-On Varnish is a water-based bio-polymer varnish and painting medium made from milk casein, beeswax, and natural ingredients. It dries quickly to a water-resistant, semi-gloss, non-sticky finish — ideal for watercolours, gouache, drawing media, collage, and inks, or mixed directly into colours as a painting medium. Completely non-toxic, fume-free, and safe for indoor use.
Features:
- Fast-drying semi-gloss finish — water-resistant, durable, and flexible
- Non-sticky surface — no glassine or separating films needed
- Reworkable — layer, repaint, use as a pouring medium, or remove if needed
- Gently cleanable with a lightly damp cloth
- Non-yellowing — maintains clarity and colourlessness over time
- UV protection against harmful ultraviolet rays (does not prevent fading of non-lightfast pigments)
Compatible media:
- Pastels, watercolours, acrylics, drawing media, inks, and mixed media
- Not suitable for oil pastels
Compatible surfaces:
- Canvas, paper, Yupo, ceramic, stone, glass, leather (not washable), fabric (not washable), wood, gourds, jewellery, and more
Enables pastel and watercolour works to be displayed without glass — eliminating glare, reflections, and the cost of traditional glass framing.
