SHIPPING POLICY
In most cases, we offer next-business-day shipping if you place your order by 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 6 pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Specialty items may require additional time for processing; we will notify you of the expected delivery date. Please be advised that ordered items may be dispatched separately and on different dates. Kindly review your order confirmation for further details.
WE DO DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES
Shipping is complimentary for orders exceeding $100 (in Canada), exclusive of taxes and coupon codes. The purchase must be prepaid. Orders under $100 are subject to a shipping fee determined by Canada Post based on the location and destination. Oversized orders may be ineligible for shipping. Orders placed outside local trading areas may require 3-5 business days for delivery. Exceptions may be applicable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders dispatched outside Canada may experience extended delivery times, depending on the destination. They will incur an additional shipping fee calculated based on the order's weight and the shipping distance. Oversized orders may not be eligible for shipment to all locations. Orders within the United States are subject to a flat shipping fee of $39.95 CAD. Customers will be notified of the total shipping charges and are required to make prepayment before the shipment is dispatched.
During holiday periods, shipping times may be subject to delays. We observe numerous federal and provincial holidays across Canada. Additionally, weather conditions may influence the expected delivery date. Please use the provided tracking number to check your updated shipping status, or contact us for assistance.

Please be advised that certain items cannot be dispatched via air freight owing to considerations of size, weight, hazardous materials, or an incorrect delivery address. Such items are exclusively available through standard ground shipping. Additionally, certain hazardous materials are forbidden from being shipped outside of Canada.
