PanPastel applies, blends, and layers like paint. Each 3D ml x 9H ml / 62 mm dia. pan delivers 40% more material than standard pastel sticks. Its low-dust formula makes PanPastels suitable for artists with asthma, hay fever, or similar sensitivities.
