Choose Your Modifier

• Retarder — Slows the drying time of Akua Liquid Pigment Ink, giving you more open time to blend, layer, and work wet-on-wet. Ideal for monoprinting and gel plate work where extended workability matters.
• Blending Medium — Improves flow and eases colour mixing without diluting pigment strength. Compatible with both Akua Intaglio and Liquid Pigment Inks.
• Extender — Increases the volume of your ink while maintaining consistency and colour transparency. Great for covering larger areas economically.
• Tack Thickener — Adds body and increases tack for more defined, textured marks. Use when you want the ink to hold peaks or resist spreading on the plate.
