Liquitex Professional Liquithick Additive thickens acrylic colour and mediums for a spongy, aerated texture. Adjust the consistency gradually to explore dimensional marks and a matte surface finish without changing the colour’s existing transparency.

How to use
Start with a very small amount and mix thoroughly with a palette knife. Add gradually as needed, without exceeding the product’s maximum of 25%. The existing directions recommend allowing five to seven days of drying for strength and flexibility; follow the current label for your application.
Liquithick is an additive without acrylic binder. Do not combine it with other additives or non-acrylic media. Too much can cause shrinkage, cracking and paint-film breakdown. Test your mixture before applying it to a larger work.
