This 48-sheet rice paper pad makes a great student Sumi-e painting sketch pad. It is also great for use in Sumi-E, calligraphy, and paper crafts.
Printmakers prefer its absorbency, strength, and versatility. Painters like it for ink, watercolour, and lettering. Artists also use it for rubbing techniques.
It is made with long fibres, making it strong enough to withstand various art processes. One side is very smooth, and the reverse is a rough finish.
