If you are unhappy with any of the products you order for ANY reason, feel free to return the item(s) within 10 days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, for all merchandise returned, for any reason other than King’s Framing & Art Gallery error, damage or defect. There will be a 10% restocking fee on approved returns and if not damaged or opened. On exchange orders a standard postage rate applies. Please do not send prepaid envelopes. Fill out the reverse side of your invoice (in full), advising us of the reason for the return. Also indicate any substitution that you would like made (if applicable), and that’ll begin the process. If a copy of your invoice isn’t available provide the invoice number.
If there is any damage or defect, to anything in your order, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. A return authorization must be coordinated with a member of our Problem Resolution Personnel before defective merchandise is returned. Otherwise, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Some drop shipped and truck shipped items are subject to a restocking fee. These product listings, while intended as a recommendation by King’s Framing & Art Gallery, are subject to errors. King’s Framing & Art Gallery cannot be held responsible for any information misconception given by manufacturers. In which case, it’s always King’s Framing & Art Gallery recommendation that you test each application before implementation.
We regret that we cannot give full refunds on custom ordered items, unwanted DVDs and/or Books. All damaged or defective media will be replaced by identical products. Damage or defect will be determined upon return to King’s Framing & Art Gallery. A shipping charge could be applied to all returns, where damage or defect is inappropriately claimed.
