The flexible modelling paste is a polymer emulsion used to create three-dimensional forms. It dries slowly to a hard yet flexible surface and mixes easily with acrylic colours, increasing thickness and rigidity. This allows for the creation of three-dimensional works that emphasize structure, dimension, texture, and relief.
Apply it with a painting knife or a dry brush on an absorbent, non-greasy surface. Apply one layer at a time, allowing it to dry between each application. Mix it with an acrylic medium to enhance flexibility on pliable surfaces. Additionally, add the DEMCO EnCouleurs Acrylic colours directly to the paste. Once it is completely dry, it can be sanded or carved.
