Watercolour Archival Cotton Boards are designed not to buckle. Unlike paper, Watercolour Canvas Board is more durable. Watercolour Canvas Board will not tear like watercolour paper can, so you can scratch it, scrape it, staple it, wet it and re-wet it and it will not damage your canvas.

For example, transparent and opaque watercolours, acrylic and watercolour inks, fluid acrylics, and watercolour pencils. WATERCOLOUR CANVAS TIPS

Ten minutes before you paint, wipe down (firmly) the entire surface of the canvas with a very wet cloth. This will allow for more spontaneous transfer of the paint to the canvas.
