These water-resistant crayons are soft and easy to work with. They feature exceptional covering power and excellent lightfastness and are outstanding for underpainting. Their hardness makes them sharpen more easily for detail and edge work.

PLACE A SHEET OF HEAVY PAPER ON A HEATED SURFACE. DRAW WITH NEOCOLOR I, ALLOWING THE PASTEL TO MELT. WORK IN ANY REMAINING BITS WITH A SPATULA.
